After downloading the Centi app, you have multiple options to recharge it. In this section we walk you through the credit card option.
Step 1: If you choose payment using a credit card, be aware that for the first time your identity will be required.
Step 2: The identity verification process is quick. In just five minutes, you’ll be able to verify your identity through an external partner (https://www.idnow.io/) using your ID or Passport.
Step 3: Soon after completing the verification, you’ll be verified.
Step 4: Before entering the amount in the app, you can choose which type of digital cash you would like to top-up. Please agree to our terms (https://centi.ch/exchange-terms) as well as digital cash risk notice (https://centi.ch/exchange-terms/#risks) for top-ups.
Step 5: Based on the digital cash and amount chosen, we will present you with an offer and if you would like to accept it, you can move to the payment.
Step 6: Enter the details of your credit card and press pay.
Step 7: Once the payment is accepted, we immediately send the digital cash to your wallet and issue a receipt to you.
Step 8: And there you have it, the Top-Up is complete!
